Abstract

This transcribed speech by Will Campbell describes the resurgence of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK). After acknowledging the evils that the KKK openly committed, Campbell discusses the fact that all people living in the United States have robbed the African Americans and Native Americans of their territory, and that African Americans are frequently the victims of hate crimes not inflicted by the KKK. He concludes by saying that the resurgence of the KKK need not be treated with such extreme gravity.
