Abstract 

In this article, the author reports that an army team in Alabama discovered hundreds of pounds of explosives hidden in a pit underground after a lengthy investigation following the indictment of nine men. These men were arrested for the bombing of Blackwell Real Estate Co. Among them was the imperial wizard of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK), Sam Bowers. The indictment came after a string of incidents including blasts at synagogues and homes of civil rights activists. The author also reports that Bowers was charged with kidnapping, arson, and conspiracy.
