Fifty Reasons Why You Should Be A Member of the Original Ku Klux Klan

R. E. Davis (writer)
Doc #

In this flyer, the writer lists 50 reasons to become a member of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK). Many of the reasons refer to the KKK’s strength as an organization, their devotion to Christianity, and their patriotism. Other reasons include the KKK’s opposition to specific religious institutions, political perspectives, and most centrally, African Americans. The author concludes with an appeal to the readership to join the KKK, explaining that the organization is entirely legal.
