Abstract 

In this letter to prominent civil rights activist Fannie Lou Hamer, author Mona Bazaar writes from California to send Hamer a photograph of unspecified content.  Bazaar requested that Hamer confirm that she received the photograph, and asked that Hamer contact her if she would like to be on Bazaar's permanent mailing list.  The purpose of the mailing list is unclear.
